The 2024-25 Budget Call has concluded. Please check back at the start of the Spring Semester!
Budget Call is an annual process in order to allocate funds to each club and organization on the UC Merced campus. In order to submit a proposal, navigate to the Budget Call Info Session Video located in the Box folder below. We will be using Microsoft Forms this year, so please scan the QR code in the video. Feel free to use the Budget Call Template as an example of what to submit alongside the proposal.

All proposals are due (), at 11:59 PM. Late proposals will NOT be accepted. You must submit a proposal via the webform, where you will attach an external document including your Line Item Requests, in order for your proposal to be accepted.
From () to (), the ASUCM office will be scheduling and confirming all proposal presentation meetings.
Hearings will be scheduled for ().
From () to (), each proposal will be reviewed and will go through the approval process.
On (), the notification to awardees will be sent and the announcement of ASUCM Budget 2023 - 2024 will be published.
