The 2025-26 Budget Call is open! Please complete this by Saturday, Feburary 1st!
Budget Call is an annual process in order to allocate funds to each club and organization on the UC Merced campus. Questions and examples are listed in the box location below.

There will be a budget call information session on 1/28. Located in ASUCM Office, GRAN 172, or Zoom.

All proposals are due 2/1, at 11:59 PM. Late proposals will NOT be accepted. You must submit a proposal via the webform, where you will attach an external document including your Line Item Requests, in order for your proposal to be accepted.
From 2/2 to 2/7, the ASUCM office will be scheduling and confirming all proposal presentation meetings.
Hearings will be scheduled for 2/15 to 2/23.
From 2/24 to 3/19, each proposal will be reviewed and will go through the approval process.
On 4/2, the notification to awardees will be sent and the announcement of ASUCM Budget 2025 - 2026 will be published.
