ICC Proposal Form

 ICC MEETING DATES/TIMES: Mondays 6:00-8:00pm COB 263

Before submitting your proposal, PLEASE READ THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW:

Big Ticket Meetings (bills for $1,000 or over) : Typically first Monday of every month.

Small Ticket Meetings (bills for up to $1,000): Every Monday following the Big Ticket meeting for rest of the month

Travel Bills (bills for up to $1,500): are considered at every meeting (regardless Big or Small ticket) 

Remember, proposals must be submitted the Friday before the ICC meeting at 12:00 pm (noon) to be considered for that meeting's Agenda. No exceptions. 

Only club presidents, vice presidents and treasurers can use funds to purchase necessary items. Be sure that between the ICC meeting your bill will be considered on and the day of your event, there is at least 3 weeks (21 days) to ensure it will get processed in time. Failure to adhere to the timeline will result in ICC not considering the bill, unless the event can be rescheduled. 

Approval requires ASUCM presidential signature. Upon approval, funds are not deposited directly to club account. Money is accessible through ICC allocated funds of the 2017-2018 ASUCM budget. In order to access funds, a purchase request must be approved by the ASUCM treasurer. All off-campus funding must be submitted three weeks before the event date.

Always remember to refer to the ICC bylaws, which are found under the Resources tab on the ASUCM website.

Once a form has been submitted, there should be a reminder message stating when and where the ICC meeting will take place as stated at the top of this page.
