Undergraduate Students of UC Merced,
Due to a case filed to the ASUCM Court on Monday, April 18 at 1:28 pm, by a 2016 Spring Election candidate, the ASUCM Court has determined it is in the best interest of the student body, the ASUCM organization, the candidates, and the integrity of the election, to reschedule this school year’s Spring Elections until next Tuesday, April 26 at 10 am.
The case in question was deemed sufficient in its contents to warrant such a decision. The ASUCM Court is working to promptly resolve this case and release the opinion to the student body. All questions or concerns should be directed to the ASUCM Court.
