The ASUCM Financial By-Laws provide direction and structure to the ASUCM. At present the Financial By-Laws are filled with redundancy and ambiguity. The ASUCM Treasurer proposes a revision to eliminate the redundancy and reduce the ambiguity in the Financial By-Laws. The By-Laws provide fiscal responsibility. The By-Laws should provide structure to how ASUCM spends the money of the undergraduate students of the University of California, Merced.
