The Speech and Debate teams of the University of the Pacific and San Joaquin Delta College are hosting the Pacific meets the Delta invitational forensics tournaments. The swing tournaments, held in Stockton, CA are comprised of the Mustang Invitational (November 4) and the Pat Kennedy Parliamentary Round Robin (Nov. 4)/Paul Winters Invitational (November 4 through 6). The UCMerced Speech and Debate club will participate in the individual events, as well as the NPDA teams events. These tournaments will allow the UCMerced Speech and Debate club a chance to step into the competitive world of oratory and learn new skills hands on.
