ICC Proposal Form

ICC meets on Tuesdays, starting on January 22nd, between 4:30-6:00pm in the Bobcat Lair.

Remember, forms must be submited by 10:30am on Mondays in order to be on the agenda for Wednesday meetings. No exceptions.

Only club presidents, vice presidents and treasures may use fundings to purchase necessary items.

Approval requires ASUCM Presidential signature- upon approval, funds are not deposited directly to club account. Funds are accessible through ICC allocated funds of the 2012-2013 ASUCM budget. In order to access funds, a purchase request must be approved by ASUCM Treasurer. All off campus funding must be sumbitted three weeks prior to date of event.
